Carolina Chamber Music Festival

3:00pm- Festive Family Concert

Area youth piano and string students perform chamber music alongside CCMF artists. Music of a wide range of cultural influences and musical eras will be heard, with cultural context presentations by students and artists. Refreshments will be served.

Carolina Chamber Music Festival

6:00pm- After Work: East Meets West

An evening of musical combinations not to be missed! Traditional western instruments and the beautiful Chinese pipa collaborate in music from Baroque to Brahms and beyond, including the NC premiere of Nostalgia by Gao Hong and Gulls Circling a Bay by American composer Paul Dice. Reception to follow.
